I - Order Taking

I am available for any contact (or possible complaint) on my social networks and by mail.

You can find my price-list on social networks, on this document, or by asking me directly, to get an idea of what you want and what you can commission.

Once you have made your request, I will send you an estimate, stating the date, your request, and the details of the price of your order as well as the payment method. You will be asked to check the information to confirm that everything is correct and that there are no misunderstandings.

After validation of the estimate, I will proceed to the creation of a sketch without any distinctive sign, in order to validate the position and the angle of the design. When the sketch is validated, we will proceed to payment before continuing.

After payment, it is no longer possible to change the validated position. Any sketch that has not been validated will be at my full disposal, and I will be fully entitled to use it in the context of another production, regardless of your agreement.

In order to make a commission as close as possible to what you have in mind, I will ask you to send me as many references as possible. A reference sheet can also be sent to you if needed, or if you feel like it, in order to have all the information I could need.

 

II - Realization & deadlines

Throughout the realization of your commission, I will validate the steps with you.

For a complete commission with a background, for example, there will first be a "nude" sketch to confirm the morphology of your character. Then I will add the details (hair, clothes, accessories, etc.), then the line, the flat colors, the shadows, and finally the total atmosphere / background. The steps can change depending on your request, but I will always confirm with you each step. Once a step is validated, it is not possible to ask for a change on this one, so do not hesitate to warn me if you want a change.

For any deadline on your part, a supplement specified in my price sheet will be added.
For a standard commission, the realization will take between 1 day and 2 weeks. After this time, I will keep you informed of the progress of your order.
If you pay your order in installments, we will agree on a payment schedule, and I will advance at the rate of your payments.

Once your order is fully completed and you confirm that you have nothing to add, I will send it to you by direct message and also by mail if you express the will.

I - The legislation of your purchase

You buy an illustration (with reception of the HD file on request by email). This means an icon, a full size character, a sketch, a sticker, etc. You only pay for the final illustration, and any other request will include an extra charge (digital file with layers, etc.)

I have the right to publish your illustration on my portfolios, art books, social networks, etc.
I retain all copyrights to the work produced, this includes the right to make prints and merchandise for profit, apart from a prior agreement before payment, or in the case of a professional contract.

You are not allowed to lie about the source of your commission and/or remove my author's name from it. You are responsible for the commission you have made and whether it has been duplicated, stolen or used for illegal purposes or not in accordance with our agreement.
You can distribute the commission I produced for you on any media without forgetting to mention me clearly (Article L121-1 du CPI) .
However, any use for commercial or professional purposes of the illustration that I give you will be the subject of a contract between professionals and will therefore be more expensive. It is therefore possible for you to make goodies (poster, cards, keychain ...) within the limits of your personal use, (L. 122-5 of the CPI) but you are not legally allowed to use the art I produced for you in order to sell it if you have not previously concluded a "professional" contract with me, keeping me informed of your project. You are entitled to give my artistic contacts in connection with this commission.

By virtue of the moral right (art. L.121-1 of the CPI), you cannot modify the illustration that you received without my agreement.

 

II - Cancellation and / or refund

I may cancel an order, it will then be refunded in full.
Once your order has been confirmed and validated, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason for your cancellation. However, it is possible to agree on a case-by-case basis.
However, if you ask to cancel your order after having validated the first post-payment step (i.e. a sketch containing distinctive elements of your character), it will not be possible for you to be refunded.

Any behavior deemed abusive, insulting or aggressive will be ignored. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order by me as it happens. Apart from exceeding the deadlines specified in this document, any abusive comment will be a hindrance to my desire to realize your illustration. I am at your disposal to provide the best of me and having people ready to buy my work fills me with gratitude. However, I am not your employee and it is important to consider each other as equals!
